Use of the product
Hand piece:
The hand piece special for medical operation adopts the shielded structure completely and can be sterilized autocalvably. The precise mechanical processing integrated with the accurate assembly ensures the internal quality of the whole equipment. The precise processing arts and crafts makes novel and handle-comfortable. It also adopts the high quality DC motor, which makes the power go perfect. Professional saw blades are offered, which can cut the bone without any difficult.
Battery: High-performance Ni-MH battery is safe, reliable, little in size and with high energy. It can discharge 1 hour with 1.6 Ampere of current. The using life is long and the charging has no memory. Pay attention to that it must be cooled before using after charged and must be cooled before recharging.
High-speed impulse charger: Considering convenience and emergency we introduce the high-speed impulse charging technology, which adopts the world leading charging technology in order to finish the charging within 70 minutes and ensure the necessary using life of the battery.
Isolating channel: Using the isolating channel to prevent the sterilized drill from infecting by the battery that could not be sterilized.
Usage of the Product
Battery charge:
Connect the battery charger with the power supply, the green indicator light of the charger is bright.
Put the battery head down, align the locating slot on the battery and the localization of the battery place on the charger, insert the battery into the charger, by this time, the red indicator light of the charger is bright instead of the green indicator light which means the start of the charging. After 90 minutes, the green indicator light is bright instead of the red indicator light which means the end of the charging of big electric current. In order to make sure the battery has enough capacity, we propose the users continue to charge the battery for 60 minutes. By this time the charging current is only 30 Amp. It is the charging of small electric current. After that the battery can be used immediately. Without the above step, the battery could not be used in 30 minutes after charging. The used battery could not be recharged in 30 minutes after using.
The loading and unloading of the battery:
Hold the Hand piece by left hand to make the handle upward (picture2). Push the knob to the position of “open” to open the handle cover by right hand.
Load the isolating channel on the end part of handle. Hold the battery by the sterilized gauze. Insert the battery into the handle according to the direction of arrow. Make the position groove aligned with the position key inside the handle. Take off the isolatingchannel and cover the battery. Close the handlecover.
Usage of the Handpiece
Loading and unloading of the saw blade: Push the fastener lock downward to loosen the clip. Insert the saw blade, loosen the fastener lock, the saw blade is loaded. Push the fastener lock upward to take out the saw blade.
Load the battery according to the method stated in V-ii.
Hold the handle. Clasp the timing button by index finger. Press the button, the speed will become quicker and quicker when strength given by index finger becomes stronger and stronger. Press the button to the end, the saw will run with all the speed. The timing wheel adopts gearless power. The saw can stop working immediately after loosing the index finger.
